Shaft end sealing
Our twin shaft concrete mixer adopt floating oil seal ring and special seal parts, with mechanical seal to form a multi-layer labyrinth seal structure, can prevent sand and stone entering; Mechanical seal has sealing protection plate to keep the oil pressure stable, so that the mud is not close to the shaft head and the service life of the mixer is prolonged; Integral assembly, easy to teardown and replace.

Automatic grease lubrication
Adopt special four-point independent oil pump to feed oil, easy maintenance and inspection; Output high pressure grease, high viscosity, reliable sealing and low consumption, can effectively reduce the pollution for concrete.

Mixing tank
The tank adopts large volume ratio design, can improve mixing efficiency, prolong shaft end seal life, reduce the probability of material journal sticking.

Discharge device
The discharge door adopts eccentric-type double-seal design, to prevent material jamming and leakage, low wear, high sealing efficiency and long-lasting.

Mixing device
The stirring device adopts national patent 60° intersection angle design. The stirring arm is streamlined casting, uniform mixing, low resistance, low material journal sticking. When stirring, it not only acts radial cutting effect, and more acts axial promoting effect, make material mixing violently, to achieve concrete homogeneous state in a short time.

Transmission device
Equip military-grade planetary reducer, smooth transmission, low noise, high load capacity, long use life and no oil leakage.

Mixing shaft bearings
Main shaft bearing and shaft end seal separated design, when the shaft end seal is damaged, will not affect the normal working of the bearing; This design is convenient for the shaft end seal removal and replacement.
